My mother just passed away (age 94), but left me two full notebooks of weekly letters she wrote to her and my dad's parents. She wrote quite well. She grew up on a farm (Iowa) without electricity, went to a one room school house, married a meteorologist, lived in Hawaii when it was a territory, ie, there is a story to tell and she wanted it told.
